These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Unnma LLC (“we,” “us”) governing your use of Unnma, whether in our iOS or Android app or on the web (together, the “app”). By downloading, accessing, or using Unnma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Unnma is

Unnma generates personalized astrology readings (Vedic and Western) and tarot readings using artificial intelligence, based on the birth information you provide and the questions you ask.

Unnma’s readings are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional advice of any kind. Unnma does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and its readings are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Do not make important decisions based solely on a reading. If you have a medical, psychological, legal, or financial concern, consult an appropriate licensed professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Readings are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent; you should not rely on them as statements of fact.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unnma. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, so cancel any subscription first, as described below.

Free features, purchases, and subscriptions

Unnma offers some features free of charge and others for purchase. Depending on what we currently offer, paid options may include one-time purchases of an individual reading (which may be provided as a reading credit that you redeem in the app) and auto-renewing subscriptions that include additional readings or features. Some subscriptions may begin with a free trial. Which features are free and which are paid — including whether daily readings are free or part of a subscription — and the current prices, billing periods, what each purchase includes, and any trial terms are shown in the app before you buy. Prices may vary by region and by where you buy, and may include applicable taxes.

We may change which features are free or paid, what a purchase or subscription includes, and our prices. A price change to an existing subscription applies only from a future billing period, after any notice required by law or by the store you subscribed through; if you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Auto-renewal and free trials

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, for a period of the same length and at the then-current price, and you will be charged for each renewal until you cancel. If a subscription begins with a free trial, it converts automatically to a paid subscription when the trial ends, and you will be charged at that time unless you cancel before the trial ends. Canceling stops future renewals; a paid subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Purchases in our iOS and Android apps. If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store processes your payment, and payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. A store subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged to that account within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a store subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Purchases on the web. If you buy through Unnma on the web, your payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and charged to the payment method you use at checkout. Unless your subscription begins with a free trial, you are charged when you subscribe and then at the start of each new billing period until you cancel. You can cancel a web subscription at any time in the app under Settings → Subscription → Manage your subscription, which opens a secure page hosted by Stripe where you can also update your payment method and view your billing history; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also cancel by contacting us at support@unnma.ai. Stripe handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by Unnma LLC. To request a refund for a store purchase, contact Apple or Google.

For purchases made on the web: a one-time reading is delivered as soon as you redeem it, so a one-time purchase is non-refundable once the reading has been generated. Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a problem on our side prevents you from receiving something you paid for, contact us and we will restore it or refund it. We may also offer refunds or credits in other cases at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: do not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, or reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property and your content

The Unnma app, its design, and its underlying content are owned by Unnma LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. The questions and inputs you provide remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to process them and operate the service for you. The readings generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The app and all readings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unnma LLC and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app or its readings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unnma LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Unnma and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected in the app. Your continued use of Unnma after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us to try to resolve the matter informally.

Apple App Store and Google Play

If you obtained Unnma through the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Unnma LLC, not with Apple or Google, and that store is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
